Acquisition opportunities submitted for consideration will be treated confidentially and responded to rapidly. Sellers, or their brokers, deal direct with company principals as bureaucratic investment committee approvals are not required to proceed to closing. We take pride in moving quickly on evaluation of acquisition opportunities, entering uncomplicated contracts without financing contingencies, and closing transactions on time and as agreed.
